Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in spraying on the highways . As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. It is Essential you have a valid drivers licence. PA1 and PA6 certified, able to tow a trailer and can read a map. Days will vary in hours as it is weather dependant. The job will move form place to place Solihull, South Bedfordshire for definite.

Duties

Operate a hand lance and ride a quad bike, occasionally a knapsack.
Apply Hazzard free chemicals using spray equipment, ensuring an even and smooth application.
Maintain a clean and equipment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Conduct routine maintenance on spraying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a spraying environment is preferred.
PA1 and PA6 are Essential.
Good with the public, Fluent English is required to converse with the public.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Proficient in using a quad bike safely and effectively.
Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations are essential.
Even though you would be self employed we will provide the quad bike.
