Looking for a well-paid, independent driving role with your days free?
Join Milk & More as a Relief Driver in Hanworth and enjoy quieter roads, a structured night shift, and a role where you’re trusted to get the job done.

Salary & Benefits

Earn £36,764.52 per year
Relief role with regular night shift patterns
28 days holiday (pro rata, including bank holidays)

What you’ll be doing

Delivering milk and fresh products to customers across the Hanworth area and surrounding routes
Covering different routes and supporting the wider team as needed
Loading your vehicle and preparing deliveries
Providing great service for our loyal customer base
Working independently, with full support from your local team

This is a fast-paced, active role that keeps you moving throughout your shift.

Working hours

Sunday to Friday nights
Start around 11:00pm, finish once your route is complete
Enjoy your days free once your shift is done

What we’re looking for

Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
Comfortable working nights on a regular basis
Reliable and adaptable, happy covering different routes
Self-motivated and customer-focused
Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
