Ethics & Compliance Associate

Department: Legal & Compliance
Location: Uxbridge

We’re looking for an Ethics & Compliance Associate to support and enhance our compliance programme across Pilgrim’s Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone with a data-driven, analytical mindset to play a key role in strengthening ethics, governance, and risk management.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and analyse compliance data and fraud detection outputs
Investigate anomalies and support follow-up actions with stakeholders
Support third-party due diligence and risk management processes
Manage compliance activities including conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and disclosures
Develop reports and dashboards to track compliance performance and trends
Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance programme
Assist with data analysis across privacy and compliance workstreams

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in compliance, auditing or data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. anti-fraud, anti-corruption, third-party risk, data privacy)
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach

Desirable:

Experience with SAP or compliance tools (e.g. Lextegrity)
Background in FMCG or corporate environments
