Full job description

Salary: Basic up to £26,000 (Full Time) OTE up to £32,000 with uncapped bonus scheme

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers
- Record and update customer information in the company database

- Book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Location:

High Street, Neston, Cheshire, CH64 9AD

Hours:

37 hours per week

Please note that this is not a remote position. The telemarketer will be required to work from our office location.

We offer competitive compensation and commission structure based on performance. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
