About the Role
We are looking for an experienced joiner to carry out works to void properties on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) site. The role involves preparing and redecorating properties to a high standard ready for reoccupation.
This is site-based work and applicants must be reliable, professional, and able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Must be able to pass MOD site security clearance (essential)
- Previous experience in domestic or social housing works, particularly void properties
- Own tools and transport
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good attention to detail and a tidy working approach
