Practice Supervisor

Calling Qualified Dental Nurses & Experienced Dental Receptionists

Are you thinking about stepping into management but feeling unsure about taking the next step?
Then look no further. This could be the opportunity for you.

We are introducing a new Practice Supervisor role within our practice and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their skills and be supported towards a future management position.

The Role

As Practice Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the practice, particularly in the absence of the Business Manager, and act as a key point of contact for the team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise the practice in the absence of the Business Manager
✔ Follow practice checklists and ensure tasks are delegated and followed up
✔ Act as the first point of contact for team members, clinicians, and visitors
✔ Support the team and assist with problem-solving when required
✔ Help maintain a professional, organised, and supportive working environment

About You

✔ Must have active GDC number

✔ Organised, proactive, and flexible
✔ Well presented, reliable, and supportive
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Able to problem-solve in a crisis
✔ Dental clinical knowledge is desirable but not essential
✔ A can-do attitude with a warm and confident manner
