A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of our Award Winning Clinics, Isis Chiropractic Centre in Aylesbury.

We are looking for a responsible, well organised Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to become a valued member of our small team. We are looking for someone for up to 18hrs per week.

The role will involve:-

Welcoming patients into the clinic
Booking and amending appointments via telephone, email and in person via our computerised booking system
Daily administration of our patient database
Daily cashing up and reconciliation
Assisting the Chiropractors with admin tasks as and when required
Working within the team to create a warm, welcoming and friendly environment
Maintaining the clinic, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times

Skills and experience required:-

Reliable
Excellent Customer Service
Confident telephone manner
Calm under pressure
Keen to develop and learn
Able to multi-task

The hours for this position are:-

Tuesday 12.45pm to 6.15pm

Friday 12.45pm to 6.15pm

Saturday 7.45am to 2.15pm

These hours also include opening, closing and a handover time of 15 minutes before and after your shift which is also paid for.

We are a small team therefore you will need to be flexible to help with cover at times of holiday and sickness.

Interviews to be held W/C 08/06/26 to 19/06/26. If you have not heard from us by 19th June, then you have not been shortlisted for interview.
