We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team in Reading

Whether you already have experience or are looking to start a new, hands-on career, this is a great opportunity to build practical skills while working in a role where no two days are the same. Full training is provided for those new to the industry, so were keen to hear from individuals with the right attitude, initiative and work ethic.

The role

Working in Reading, youll visit a mix of commercial and residential properties helping customers manage and prevent pest issues.

Youll be responsible for:

Carrying out inspections, treatments and preventative work
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Managing your own schedule and working independently day-to-day
Using mobile apps to record visits and complete reports
Identifying opportunities to provide additional support or services

This is a varied and active role where youll be out in the field, building relationships with customers and making a real, visible difference.

Salary & earning potential

Up to £29,500 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
Plus up to £2,750.00 Regional Allowance
Opportunity to earn up to an additional £6,000 through commission, leads, bonuses and incentives
Trainee starting salary: £27,834.98

Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A methodical, organised approach to work
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using mobile phone apps
Ideally located within a 40-mile radius of Reading
Full UK Drivers licence
