As an Eyebrow Threading Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional threading services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Perform lash and brow tinting services
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing information about services offered and aftercare advice.
- Assist in promoting additional services such as makeup application when appropriate.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback in a professional manner to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyebrow threading or similar beauty treatments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
