- Leading and developing Project Managers while providing direction to cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance.
- Supporting R&D budget planning, financial forecasting and the delivery of long-term product and technology roadmaps.
- Producing executive-level programme updates and coordinating international activities to ensure alignment across global teams and stakeholders.
- Driving collaboration and stakeholder engagement to achieve successful programme outcomes.
This will be suited to you if…

- You have successfully delivered complex engineering programmes from concept through to production using structured project management methodologies and gated development processes.
- You are an effective leader who can motivate, influence and develop both direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- You have experience managing programme budgets, resources, risks and delivery plans within fast-paced, technically complex environments.
- You are confident presenting to and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- You possess strong commercial awareness and understand the balance between quality, cost, timing and business objectives.
- You are highly organised, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivering results.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- You bring energy, resilience and drive, alongside a passion for delivering innovative products and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Above all, you'll be someone who thrives on leading challenging programmes, solving complex problems and bringing people together to deliver successful products that support JCB's future growth and success.
