Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating favourable deals to maximise sales opportunities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to develop their career within a professional environment. The role involves working closely with clients, managing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales progression.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging effectively with clients.
Experience working in estate agency required either in sales or lettings roles.
Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently. This position offers an engaging work environment where your negotiation skills can thrive, supported by a team committed to excellence in customer service and sales performance.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
