Based in south-west London, Livra UK Ltd is a market leader in sourcing, fabricating and installing marble, granite and stone in London's prime residential sector. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Project Manager to build a long-term career with an established company. A chance to develop over time in a bespoke sector and to run your own projects while you learn.

By assisting Project Managers across multiple projects, you will learn to:

· Manage client expectations

· Manage project programmes

· Organise works and actions to deliver incredible projects

· Supervise work teams to deliver exceptional quality

· Produce reports for Directors and clients

Skills and Experience:

· Attitude is key: must be hard-working with a willingness to learn.

· Consistent attention to detail

· Excellent planning and organisational skills with a systematic approach

· Natural confidence and leadership skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Practical, proactive and solutions driven

· Ability to work to deadlines

Requirements:

Interest in residential construction is a must.

Project Management degree is advantageous.

Must be comfortable in and enjoy the challenge of the high-end residential construction environment.

Happy to be site and office based, Monday to Friday 7.30 – 16.30

Must live within a reasonable commute to our offices in South-West London

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

London SW17 0BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
