Field Operations Coordinator
Location: Dartford, Kent (Office & Site Based)
Salary: £37,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van & Fuel Card

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Field Operations Coordinator who enjoys leading by example, supporting operatives and helping deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role combining office-based coordination with regular site visits.
You'll work closely with our Director and office team to ensure our operatives have the support, materials and guidance they need to complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This isn't a desk-only position. You'll spend time visiting sites, carrying out quality inspections, supporting the team and, where required, getting involved on the tools to help keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of operatives and subcontractors.
- Support, guide and develop new operatives.
- Monitor the quality of completed works and maintain BHP's high standards.
- Visit sites to inspect works, resolve issues and support the team.
- Organise materials and resources for ongoing works.
- Act as the main point of contact for operatives throughout the working day.
- Provide practical support on site when required.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of BHP Maintenance.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and taking pride in delivering quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within property maintenance, construction or facilities management.
- Experience supervising or coordinating field-based operatives.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Multi-trade or construction background.
- Experience carrying out quality inspections.
- Experience within a reactive maintenance environment.
