We're looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our creative team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of design, thrives on creative challenges, and wants the flexibility of part-time hours without compromising on the quality or impact of their work.
Working alongside our Studio Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping brand identities, developing creative campaigns, and bringing fresh thinking to both new and existing clients.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role focused on delivering outstanding design work across brand, digital and print.
You'll be trusted to take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, working independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
You'll help us raise the creative bar, bring new ideas to the table, and create work that genuinely excites clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the creative development of branding projects from concept through to delivery
- Creating engaging and effective design solutions across brand, digital and print
- Developing strategic creative concepts that solve client challenges
- Presenting ideas and creative work confidently to clients and colleagues
- Working closely with clients to understand their goals and build trusted relationships
- Bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to existing client accounts
- Collaborating with the Studio Lead and wider team to ensure consistently high creative standards
- Applying commercial awareness to deliver projects within allocated budgets and timelines
- Staying curious about emerging trends, technologies and AI-powered creative tools that can enhance creative output
- Maintaining accurate project updates within our job management system
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Rockstar levels of creativity, curiosity and design thinking
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a creative agency environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Designer role
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creative thinking and craft across multiple channels
- Strong experience in branding and visual identity development
- Excellent typography, layout, composition and colour skills
- Ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling creative solutions
- Confident presenting ideas and discussing creative work with clients
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma
Desirable Skills
- Motion graphics and animation
- Illustration
- Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation, content creation and workflow efficiency
- Experience working across website design projects
