Reception / Sales / Administration / Marketing Assistant
Full Time Position
Owen Developments Limited – Kingston Bagpuize, Oxford

Owen Developments Limited are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

We are seeking a Reception / Sales / Administration / Marketing Assistant to support our busy business across both our turbocharger division and vehicle repair garage activities.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping organised and helping drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers professionally
Speaking with suppliers to obtain pricing and costings
Preparing quotations for customers across our turbocharger and vehicle repair services
General administration and office duties
Managing customer enquiries and maintaining excellent customer service
Supporting sales activities and helping convert enquiries into business
Assisting with marketing activities to actively promote the business and increase sales
Helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have excellent communication and telephone skills
Be organised, proactive and able to multitask
Have good computer and administration skills
Be confident speaking with customers and suppliers
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in automotive, engineering or vehicle repair environments would be beneficial, but is not essential
