Full job description

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping projects, including patios, paths, driveways, retaining walls, fencing, and other structural outdoor features.

Key Responsibilities

Construct patios, paving, retaining walls, and other hard landscaping elements
Prepare and level groundworks, including foundations and drainage
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret site plans and drawings
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Maintain a clean, organised work environment and ensure safe working practices on site

Requirements

Proven experience in hard landscaping, construction, or a similar trade
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Full UK driving licence preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
