About Us
We're a small, busy team looking for an extra pair of hands to help us keep things running smoothly. This isn't a typical desk job. One minute you'll be listing new products in the office, the next you'll be in the warehouse packing orders. We need someone who likes to stay busy, doesn't mind adapting to demands of the day, and genuinely cares about making sure our customers are happy.
The Role
- You'll be updating/auditing products listed on the website. This means using supplier provided information (photos, specs etc) and entering it online in our own system.
- Basic word processing and some photo editing skills (cropping, resizing) required.
Getting orders out the door:
- Picking and packing orders carefully so they arrive correctly first time
- Preparing loads for our couriers to pick up.
Looking after our customers:
- You’ll be dealing with customer queries by email and phone. Helping with delivery questions, sorting out returns, and providing general advice.
Keeping the warehouse running:
- Helping us with stock takes so we know what we've got.
- Drafting replacement orders
- Potential forklift work (training will be provided)

- You can write a friendly email and are happy to chat with people on the phone
- Details matter to you. You're the kind of person who double-checks things
- You can prioritise when things get busy, with a positive attitude and are happy to move between the office and the warehouse
- You have a category B driving license (car/light van)
Important Location Note: We have just opened a new store in Catterick Garrison, this role will involve moving stock and orders between the warehouse and store using our van. You may also occasionally need to provide cover in that location.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
