Role: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate
Salary: £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience
OTE: £42,000–£55,000+ with commission and performance incentives

Rejuvaskin is looking for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Therapist / Advanced Skin Specialist to join our growing clinics in Leeds and Bradford.
Over the last decade, Rejuvaskin has grown from a laser hair removal clinic into one of the North’s most advanced aesthetic clinics, known for premium technology, high-quality treatments and results-focused client care.
We are now entering our next stage of growth with the introduction of advanced new platforms including XERF, eCO2 3D and Mosaic 3D, alongside our existing technologies and treatments such as Morpheus8, LaseMD Ultra, Forma, Dermapen, laser hair removal, skin peels, facials and advanced skin programmes.
This is not a basic beauty therapist role.
We are looking for someone who can confidently consult, recommend, sell and treat. The right candidate will be able to guide clients through premium treatment journeys, explain options clearly and convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans without being pushy or over-selling.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin, laser and aesthetic treatments while also supporting client consultations, treatment planning and package conversion.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out advanced skin consultations
- Assessing client concerns, skin quality, ageing, pigmentation, laxity, texture and treatment suitability
- Recommending appropriate treatment plans and packages
- Explaining treatment options clearly and confidently
- Converting suitable consultations into booked treatment journeys
- Performing laser hair removal
- Performing advanced facials and skin treatments
- Performing chemical peels
- Performing Dermapen treatments
- Performing LaseMD Ultra treatments, where trained
- Performing Forma and skin-tightening treatments
- Performing Morpheus8, where trained
- Supporting the launch and delivery of XERF, subject to training and clinic protocols
- Supporting Mosaic 3D and other advanced technology treatments, subject to training and clinic protocols
- Recommending skincare and maintenance plans
- Taking before-and-after photographs
- Providing aftercare and follow-up advice
- Rebooking clients for maintenance and treatment courses
- Working closely with management, reception and medical practitioners to create a joined-up client journey
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone experienced, polished, confident and commercially aware.
You must enjoy working with clients, explaining treatments and helping people choose the right journey for their concerns. You should be comfortable discussing prices, packages and treatment plans in a professional and ethical way.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong treatment skills but also understands that premium aesthetics is about trust, education, communication and client journey — not just performing treatments.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Laser/IPL qualification or strong laser experience
- Several years’ experience in skin, laser, beauty or aesthetics
- Strong consultation skills
- Confident sales and treatment-plan conversion ability
- Excellent communication and client-care standards
- Ability to recommend treatments and skincare professionally
- Good understanding of skin health, ageing, pigmentation, texture and laxity
- Ability to work to targets without using pressure-selling
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and team-focused
- Ability to work across Leeds and Bradford
Highly Desirable
- Level 4 Laser/IPL qualification
- Core of Knowledge laser safety training
- Experience with Morpheus8
- Experience with LaseMD, Forma, Dermapen or similar technologies
- Experience in a high-end aesthetic clinic
- Experience selling treatment packages
- Strong skincare product knowledge
- Experience with before-and-after photography
- Experience with client follow-up and rebooking
- Interest in advanced skin tightening, collagen stimulation and resurfacing treatments
