About the Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, overseeing the delivery of high-quality food across our pub, weddings, and private events. We are looking for someone with the passion and drive to develop menus, lead a team, maintain excellent standards, and help grow the business.
This role offers a rare level of autonomy. We want a chef who enjoys taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating a kitchen culture they can be proud of. You'll have genuine input into menu design, supplier relationships, and the overall direction of the food offering.
