An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Tyneside Council for a highly motivated and hard-working customer service advisor, to work within Property Services.

You will be working for the repairs contact centre carrying out telephony, video and email communication.

You will be required to have excellent customer care skills, take pride in your work, and deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right first time.

To do this role, you will be required to make and receive phone calls, diagnose repairs and raise the work accurately though a bespoke repairs system.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will be required to have the relevant qualifications or customer service experience and ideally possess a good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority.

They will become part of a committed team of customer service agents who receive inbound calls and emails from customers throughout the borough of North Tyneside Council.
