Packing Operative

Cardiff Distillery, established in 2019, is one of the leading distilleries in Wales and the UK. We take pride in our modern production methods and high-quality products. As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit Packing Operatives to work alongside our canning line team on our day shift operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
- Conducting visual quality checks on products before packing
- Labelling, boxing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organised packing area
- Supporting the canning line team as needed
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- Performing other warehouse or packing duties as required
Working Hours
- Monday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
This role operates on a 4-day working week. Flexibility is essential to meet production targets and operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing roles (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
