Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team at SER to provide comprehensive administrative support to our directors & senior management team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organisational abilities are paramount. The position is suitable for individuals with prior office experience who thrive in fast-paced settings.

Essential Skills and Experience

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Comfortable with tasks varying responsibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office and confident learning new software systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Comfortable assisting Directors/SMT - managing calendars, travel arrangements etc.
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and solve problems.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
Experience working in plant hire, construction, logistics, transport, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
Experience supporting senior managers or directors.
Experience preparing reports, taking minutes, maintaining documentation.
Knowledge business administration, compliance records, or document control.
