About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Vehicle Aftersales Adviser to join our growing used car dealership. This is a vital role that bridges the gap between our customers and our aftersales team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding support following the purchase of their vehicle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating repairs and warranty claims, booking vehicles into our workshop network, and delivering a high standard of customer care throughout the ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all aftersales and customer service enquiries.
- Manage customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and warranty work with internal and external workshop partners.
- Schedule service, repair, and inspection appointments.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on vehicle repairs and progress.
- Process warranty claims and ensure all supporting documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle histories.
- Work closely with sales, preparation, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers after repairs and warranty work to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving departmental customer satisfaction and performance targets.
- Ensure all aftersales processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
