As our Q Power operation continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Power Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our West Horndon office.
The Role
As a Power Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our specialist power division. Working closely with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, planning fleet movements, monitoring critical equipment, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and safely.
This is a fast-paced operational role, ideal for someone with traffic office or logistics planning experience who enjoys problem-solving, organisation, and working in an environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate power equipment logistics and customer deliveries
- Plan fleet, driver, and equipment utilisation
- Manage operational communications with customers and suppliers
- Monitor equipment performance and respond to service issues
- Support compliance, maintenance, and fleet administration
- Track and resolve equipment defects and operational issues
- Assist with the growth and development of Q Power operations
Essential:
- Experience working within a busy traffic office, logistics planning, or transport coordination environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Good understanding of driver compliance regulations and transport legislation
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working to strict customer service and delivery performance standards
Desirable:
- CPC qualification
- Experience within specialist logistics, fleet operations, or power equipment sectors
