Britons Property Maintenance is looking for a reliable and experienced self-employed multi-trader to assist with ongoing property maintenance and reactive works across Oxfordshire.
We carry out a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance works for landlords, estate agents and private customers.
Typical Work Includes:
- General property maintenance
- Patch plastering & decorating
- Basic carpentry
- Fencing & repairs
- Gutter and roof maintenance
- Reactive repairs
- Building Projects
- Repointing and external repairs
- Odd jobs and landlord maintenance
Requirements:
- Self-employed
- Own transport
- Own basic tools
- Reliable and organised
- Good communication skills
- Able to work professionally in occupied homes and rental properties
- Experience across multiple trades preferred
This role would suit someone practical, trustworthy and capable of working independently when required.
Flexible ongoing work available for the right person.
Pay: £160.00-£200.00 per day
