The transition from Trainee to Pharmacist is the biggest leap of your career. At Well Pharmacy we provide a structured clinical pathway. Through the Well Academy, we bridge the gap between registration and becoming a confident, Independent Prescriber (IP).
If you aren't yet IP-qualified, we provide the paid study days and Designated Supervisors to get you there.

The Buddy System: Five dedicated "Buddy Days" with an experienced pharmacist to guide you through your first shifts.

Main Responsibilities
Start you pharmacy career but joining our team's in the Newcastle and Sunderland area as a relief pharmacist. This is the perfect role to expose you to a variety of pharmacies with different patient needs and footfall.
Successful candidates MUST drive and have access to a car.
The Ideal Candidate
Now you'll need an MPharm degree or equivalent and you'll need to have your GPHC registration upon your start date too.
