Value Creation Manager
Up to £75,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
12-month fixed-term contract
Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office around two times a week

We’re looking for Value Creation Managers to join our Commercial team to help us create value that really matters - for our members, customers, suppliers and communities. These 12-month fixed term roles are ideal for people who enjoy delivering commercial impact, with clear ownership and visibility across the business.

What you’ll do

Use your commercial experience to spot opportunities for continuous improvement, reducing cost and driving efficiencies across our retail operation and supplier base
Influence and collaborate with colleagues across the business, constructively challenging where needed to deliver the best outcomes
Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners, building open, trusted relationships
Create clear, insightful analysis and turn it into recommendations that influence decisions and improve end to end profitability
Create value through promotional and range optimisation, supporting the delivery of our value strategy for members and customers

What you'll bring

Experience in a commercial role within retail or a supplier environment
Flexible, resilient approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results

An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data meaningful for decision making
