We’re building our biggest brand yet.
Over the last 4 years, we’ve built multiple 7-figure businesses and now we’re putting together a founding team to scale a new e-commerce brand with massive growth potential.
This is not a traditional job post.
We’re looking for ambitious freelancers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to grow with a brand long-term and benefit from the upside of scaling something big rather than simply working for a fixed wage.

The Skills We’re Looking ForSocial Media Strategy & Management
- Building and executing growth strategies
- Managing platforms and content calendars
- Understanding trends, engagement, and brand positioning
- Experience growing brands organically and/or through paid social
Graphic Designer / UX UI Designer
- Branded email marketing design
- Landing pages and lead capture funnels
- Social media creatives
- Website and user experience improvements
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
- Editing engaging short-form and long-form content
- Creating motion graphics for ads and social content
- Understanding viewer retention and attention hooks
- Ability to produce high-performing creative content quickly
Copywriter
- Researching industry trends and relevant topics
- Writing engaging blogs, newsletters, articles, and email campaigns
- Creating persuasive, conversion-focused copy
- Understanding branding, storytelling, and audience psychology
Content Creator
- Comfortable on camera
- Creating engaging branded content for social platforms
- Able to communicate energy, personality, and authenticity
- Experience with short-form content creation is a huge plus
