Head of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 DOE + Performance Opportunities

The Nantwich Clinic is a growing private healthcare clinic known for delivering exceptional patient care across Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Podiatry, Audiology, Private GP Services, Aesthetics and Wellness.

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist ready to step into a genuine leadership role. This is an opportunity to lead and grow our rehabilitation department while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care.

You'll have the autonomy to shape services, support and develop a clinical team, and play a key role in the future growth of the clinic.

What You'll Do

Lead our Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation department
Manage and support a team of rehabilitation clinicians
Maintain your own clinical caseload, including complex cases
Oversee patient treatment plans and recovery journeys
Drive excellent patient outcomes and retention
Contribute to departmental growth and performance
Collaborate closely with our wider multidisciplinary team
Help raise the profile of the clinic through patient education and occasional social media content

What We're Looking For

Essential

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
Strong MSK and rehabilitation background
Previous leadership, supervisory or senior clinician experience
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Commercial awareness and confidence working towards team goals and KPIs

Desirable

Experience in private practice
Shockwave Therapy, Acupuncture or Dry Needling experience
Strength & Conditioning or Sports Rehabilitation background
Experience creating educational or clinical content
