Full job description

We are a London-based property developer with a new residential site consisting of 3 flats, and we are looking for an interior designer / e-designer to help us create the ideal look and feel for the development.

The project is focused on creating a cohesive, modern, premium-rental aesthetic that can be repeated across the different flats within the building. The layouts and design language will be similar throughout, allowing for repeat furniture selections, colour palettes, and styling concepts.

We are specifically looking for a remote / e-design service and do not require project management or contractor coordination. The scope would primarily include:

Moodboards and overall design direction
Furniture layouts
Colour and lighting guidance
Furniture and décor sourcing/shopping lists

This would be treated as one overall project rather than three separate projects.

Our budget for the design package is approximately £300–£600 depending on scope and experience.

As property developers, we are also looking to build ongoing relationships with designers, and there is strong potential for future work on upcoming projects for the right fit.

Pay: £300.00-£600.00 per week
