Flexible Forward-Thinking Supportive Practice

An exciting opportunity to join our friendly team where patient and staff care are at the heart of everything we do.
At Broadshires Surgery, we are positive about the future of General Practice and proud of the strong, motivated team driving our vision forward. This is a place where your experience is valued, your voice is heard, and your ideas genuinely shape the practice.

4–8 sessions per week, with flexibility to suit the right candidate
A balanced mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
Opportunity to shape clinical pathways and contribute to service innovation
Active participation in clinical meetings, governance, and decision-making
Optional involvement in teaching, supervision, or leadership roles

GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise

Experience working independently in UK primary care
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm for contributing to the ongoing development of the practice
