We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web, Media & Online Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Exc@v8 is an established, progressive group of companies - importing world leading brands to the UK & Ireland, providing nationwide sales, service and product support; engineering and fabrication services; cableway and lifting supplies and quality oils and lubricants.
We are proud to be the official sole UK & Ireland importer and distributor for Menzi Muck all-terrain mobile excavators, Konrad Forsttechnik and HSM steep-terrain forest machines and various other world-leading brands, providing sales of new and used machines, parts and product support where required.
Based at our HQ in Kendal, you will support Senior Management with all aspects of the company’s online presence, media engagement, and e-commerce activities. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about digital marketing, online sales, and brand development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring accurate product listings and engaging content
- Manage and update social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to increase brand visibility
- Manage e-commerce sales, including order processing, stock management, and customer service
- Create, edit, and manage digital content, including website updates, blog posts, email marketing, and social media content
- Design and coordinate the production of print media, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product catalogues, ensuring brand consistency
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote its products and services
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proven experience in digital marketing, online sales, or e-commerce management is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Experience in creating and managing both digital and print marketing materials is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
