Required Competencies:

Good attention to detail
Strong numeracy and data handling skills
Able to identify basic errors and inconsistencies
Organised and able to manage routine tasks effectively
Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
Clear communication skills
Collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
Basic problem-solving capability
Able to follow processes and controls accurately

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the review and processing of bordereaux data
Carry out basic data validation checks and highlight discrepancies
Support reconciliation of premium, claims, and financial data
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting documentation
Produce routine MI and assist with reporting requirements
Follow up with internal teams or external partners on missing or incorrect data
Support the onboarding of new bordereaux templates and reporting requirements
Help ensure submissions are received in line with agreed timelines
Escalate issues, exceptions, or recurring data concerns to senior team members
Contribute to improving data quality and process efficiency

Knowledge Required

Understanding of data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation basics
Familiarity with Excel and core reporting tools
