The Role
We are seeking experienced CPCS Plant Operators to join our team, working on modular construction projects across Wales and the South West. Accommodation, overnight allowance and weekly pay are provided.
We are currently looking for:
- CPCS Excavator Operators, with experience of ground works (must be able to read and work from detailed drawings)
- CSCS card would be an advantage
Both PAYE and self-employed applicants will be considered.
This role involves working away from home Monday to Friday, with paid accommodation and overnight allowances provided. Typical working hours are 40+ hours per week, with early start times (usually between 5:30am and 6:00am).
An immediate start is available.
We are a small team and we are looking for candidates who are confident operating plant machinery as well as being willing to contribute to general groundworks duties on site when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid CPCS card relevant to your trade
- A minimum of 5 years' construction experience
- Good knowledge of construction site operations
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work to deadlines and maintain high standards
A full UK driving licence is required.
