SEO SPECIALIST

As a key member of our team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing search strategies for clients.
We are looking for someone willing to test and experiment as well as problem solve and investigate when presented with challenges. Constantly adapting to the ever-changing search environment is essential as well as being patient for search work to take effect.
This is a full time, hybrid role and would require that a portion of time is spent either at our King’s Lynn, Cambridge or London office to collaborate on projects with the team.
Responsibilities
- To develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Content Team to identify opportunities for new or improved on-site content and optimise new and existing content articles and landing pages.
- Assist the Digital PR team in optimising outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and internal link management.
- Advise on technical SEO aspects including crawlability, core web vitals, tag deployment, and tracking.
- Collaborate with external agencies, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends to continuously enhance our SEO practices.
- Attend client meetings and support new business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, including audits, technical SEO, and keyword research.
- Proficiency with tools such as Moz, SEMRush, Stat, GA4, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects efficiently.
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
