We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team delivering design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for some of the world’s most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
The Junior IT Support Analyst provides first-line IT support across the business, assisting users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will support office, engineering, and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
This role is ideal for someone building their IT career and looking to gain exposure to enterprise systems, networking, and virtualised infrastructure.

We develop and produce vehicle body structures and interior trim for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector. We are partners on premium, low-volume programmes for luxury global automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.
We deliver all aspects of design, engineering, testing and manufacture from a single facility. This vertical integration represents considerable supply chain benefits to our customers and a broad working environment for our teams.
In addition, we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role holder will
- Provide first-line IT support via ticketing system, phone, and in person
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
- Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity in a UniFi-managed environment
- User account creation, password resets, and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding users
- Log and update support tickets accurately
- Escalate issues to senior IT staff when required
- Support engineering and business applications (CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, MRP system)
- Assist with virtual machine support (XCP-ng, Hyper-V) under supervision
- Follow IT procedures and documentation standards
Skills Required
The role holder will…
- Basic understanding of Windows 11 / MacOS / iOS, Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP) and Hardware troubleshooting
- Strong communication
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn enterprise and engineering systems
- Ability to follow processes and escalation paths
- Exposure to Active Directory (Desirable)
- Basic understanding of UniFi networking (Deirable)
- Awareness of virtualisation (Hyper-V or XCP-ng) (Desirable)
- Interest in engineering/manufacturing environments (Desirable)
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support role (or equivalent training/apprenticeship)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications preferred
Salary
Competitive salary, subject to skills and experience. Up to £28,000
Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (standard business hours, 40 hours per week) 8:00 – 16:30
Overtime may be available depending on business requirements
