Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer

Location: South Woodham Ferrers
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,500 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our busy warehouse team in South Woodham Ferrers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Picking products accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists or handheld scanners
Packing items securely and efficiently to meet company standards
Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
Carrying out quality checks to ensure order accuracy
Assisting with stock rotation and inventory control
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Working collaboratively with other warehouse team members to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Physically fit due to manual handling requirements
