Our operations team plays a vital role in coordinating engineers, managing service requests and ensuring that critical medical equipment and mobile facilities remain operational.
We are currently looking for a Scheduling Team Member / Administrator to join our team at our West Horndon office on a 1 year fixed-term contract.
The Role
As a Scheduling Team Member, you will support the operations team by coordinating engineer schedules, logging service requests and ensuring accurate communication between engineers, customers and internal departments.
This is a fast-paced operational role where organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate engineers using internal systems
- Monitor engineer availability and allocate jobs effectively
- Log breakdowns and service requests accurately
- Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal departments
- Provide operational support to the helpdesk and scheduling teams
- Ensure accurate job information is captured to support invoicing and reporting
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the operations team

- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
Working Hours
- 5 days on / 2 days off shift pattern
- Working hours flexible between 7:00am and 7:00pm
Overtime Opportunities
Overtime may be available depending on operational requirements.
Overtime rates are paid as follows:
- Monday – Friday: standard hourly rate
- Saturday: time and a half (1.5x)
- Sunday: double pay (2x)
