This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of demolition projects across the South East, with opportunities for training, development, and career progression within the company.
The Role
As a Demolition Labourer, you will support demolition operations on commercial, industrial, and residential sites, working alongside experienced supervisors, operatives, and plant operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with soft strip and demolition activities.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
- Segregating waste and recyclable materials.
- Operating hand tools and equipment safely.
- Supporting machine operators and demolition teams.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety.
- Following site-specific RAMS and company procedures.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.
Essential Requirements
- CCDO Labourer Card or valid CSCS Card.
- Previous demolition, construction, or labouring experience.
- Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
Desirable Qualifications
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
- Face Fit Certificate.
- UKATA Training.
- CPCS or NPORS qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
