Full job description

Job Title: Bathroom Fitter / Plumber

Location: Wolverhampton and surrounding area

Contract: Temp to perm (3-month initial contract)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience

About the role

Rubik Builders is looking for a skilled Bathroom Fitter / Plumber to join our team. You will work on Aids and Adaptations projects across the Wolverhampton area. This is occupied-property work, so we install bathrooms and extensions that help residents live safely and independently in their own homes.

The role starts as a 3-month contract. However, we want the right person to stay. Strong performers will move to a permanent position.

What you will do

Carry out plumbing for bathrooms and radiators.
Install full bathrooms, including all associated items.
Produce neat, tidy and well-routed pipework you can be proud of.
Support other internal works when needed.
Work as part of a team on adaptation extensions.
Keep work areas clean and respect that you are in someone's home.

What you need

A trade-specific (blue) CSCS card.
Proven experience in bathroom installation and plumbing.
Confidence working with radiators and associated pipework.
A genuine pride in your workmanship and finish.
A flexible, team-focused attitude.
Reliability and good communication with residents and colleagues.

Nice to have

Can you tile and lay vinyl flooring and do tiling? That is a real bonus. It is not essential, but it will set you apart.
