Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support and coordinate end-to-end IT project delivery. In this cross-functional role, you will act as a key link between our development teams, clients, marketing stakeholders, and third-party contractors. You will help ensure technology solutions and digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing IT and digital projects.

Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure key deadlines are met.

Help ensure projects are delivered within scope and in alignment with agreed business objectives.

Assist in coordinating software development, website, digital service, and technology-related projects.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Serve as a point of contact for clients, development teams, and external partners.

Communicate project updates, milestones, requirements, and potential issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with third-party contractors and service providers to ensure deliverables and timelines are achieved.

Support the management of relationships with clients and business partners.

Risk & Resource Coordination

Identify and log project risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery and assist with mitigation activities.

Support resource coordination and day-to-day project administration across multiple workstreams.

Monitor project activities and escalate issues where appropriate.

Governance & Administration

Organise project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on outstanding actions.

Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, progress reports, and project records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and provide project support to management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting procedures.

Person Specification (Skills & Experience)

Essential

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively between clients, technical teams, and external partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Interest in technology, software development, and digital project delivery.

Desirable

Understanding of software development processes and technology project delivery.

Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.

Experience working with digital services, websites, software projects, or IT-related environments.

Awareness of Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
