Event Staff Required – Silverstone Porsche Club GB Festival
Jamie's Coffee is looking for 2 additional team members to join us at a major event at Silverstone next weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
We'll be operating from our large specialty coffee van at the Porsche Club GB event, with an expected attendance of approximately 10,000 people per day.
The Role
You'll be working alongside two experienced members of our team serving specialty coffee, iced drinks, matcha, chai, and refreshments from a high-volume coffee van with two serving stations.
Depending on your experience and confidence, your role may include:
- Making iced drinks
- Preparing hot drinks
- Operating the espresso machine
- Steaming milk (barista experience preferred)
- Taking orders and serving customers
- General event support and stock management
We'll assign roles based on your experience and ensure you're comfortable with the position you're working in.
Experience
- Previous event, hospitality, restaurant, café or barista experience is preferred.
- Experience using an espresso machine and steam wand is a bonus.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must be reliable and able to get to Silverstone independently.
Hours
Saturday & Sunday
- Serving hours: 12pm – 6pm
- Shift time: 11am – 7pm
Please note that on the first day you'll need to arrive slightly earlier to complete accreditation and security checks, so allow approximately an additional hour.
