Full job description

Job Overview:

Equity Will Writers Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist / Administrator to join their admin team in Market Drayton.

This role is to provide support to ensure the efficient operation of the administrative office, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. These duties are:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

- Ensuring clients' information is thoroughly checked using the utmost attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Transferring this information onto Will Writing software with the same efficient accuracy and precision.

- Collation of information packs and guides when needed.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
