Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital & eCommerce Assistant.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and content creation. You’ll be working across a variety of digital platforms, helping to manage online orders, improve product listings, and support our growing online presence.
If you’re interested in digital media, online sales, and learning how a real business operates behind the scenes, this role offers plenty of variety and opportunity to develop.
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing orders from our online platforms (website, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- Creating and updating product listings on our website
- Maintaining accurate and engaging product information
- Assisting with email campaigns and marketing activity
- Supporting social media content and updates
- Taking product photos and helping create digital content (images/videos)
- Contributing to improving how products are presented online
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Good written communication skills
Desirable (but not essential):
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience with social media or online selling platforms
- Basic photo or video editing skills
