Overview of the role

We are looking to hire a transport administrator on an inital 6 month fixed term contract basis. The role will support in route scheduling, creating and closing new customer accounts and monitoring Samsara for notifications.

Main Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of Samsara and actioning notifications
Working with Transport scheduler on creating new accounts
Working with Transport scheduler on closing non profitable accounts
Support review of accounts profitability
Review of best optional delivery routes
Reporting of vans issues like repair, VOR’s and services
Supporting transport team in day to day issues

The Ideal Candidate

Excel advanced knowledge
Navision knowledge desirable
No experience needed
Must be able to work 4 hours a day / Monday till Friday, 09:00-13:00
6 months rolling contract
