Full job description

We’re excited to be launching a new café in Keswick and are looking for friendly Baristas/General Assistants to join our team from 22nd June. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new venture, with the chance to help shape our identity!

What we offer:

· £9 - £13.71 per hour (Full time hours may be available to the right candidate)

· Part-time roles (8-28 hours), weekend staff roles and summer holiday roles available;

· Predominantly daytime hours, with some evenings as the business grows;

· Holiday allowance;

· Pension scheme;

· Employee discount.

The role will include:

· Providing excellent customer service in an upbeat and friendly manner;
· Preparing hot and cold drinks;
· Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness;
General cafe day to day running;
· Working to a rota where weekend work will be a necessity

What we’re looking for:

· A friendly and positive attitude;
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
· A good eye for detail;
· Barista experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided;
Additional cleaning hours may be available to the right candidate if desired.
