What You'll Do:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in assembling and testing electronic modules, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards. From hands-on manual assembly with precision tools to supporting our environmental and safety practices, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and test electronic modules to a consistently high standard using hand tools.
Follow workmanship standards and documentation with precision and care.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures in assembly and testing.
Contribute to achieving departmental goals for cost, delivery, and quality performance.
Promote good environmental, health, and safety practices, helping to maintain a safe and positive workspace.
Embody and promote CODEL’s values, inspiring your team with your dedication and positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven ability to assemble products accurately while following instructions.
Experience using a range of hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical assembly processes.
Strong manual handling skills and attention to detail.
Good literacy and numeracy skills to understand safety policies, standards, and instructions.
A team player who can also work independently and contribute new ideas.
