Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for barbering and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your barbering expertise in a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional grooming services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Duties

Deliver a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming with precision and creativity
Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and grooming options
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Outstanding communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering top-quality grooming services

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
