Full job description

Job Summary
Redstone is a fast-growing, hands-on business, and we’re looking for a skilled and dependable Tyre Technician to join our team in Arundel. This is more than just a fitting role—we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, maintains high standards, and helps keep our workshop running at its best every day.

You’ll be working in a clean, safe, and well-organised environment alongside a tight-knit team, while playing a key role in maintaining the overall presentation and efficiency of the workshop. You will be expected to work a 45-hour week.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in the tyre fitting industry, with car/van tyres & agricultural/ATV tyre
Ability to operate mechanical tyre changing equipment
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
High attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering quality work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A flexible, adaptable attitude
A disciplined approach to maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop and premises at all times
An understanding of efficient workflow, keeping tools and stock organised to support clear and safe flow of goods throughout the workshop
Strong team spirit and communication skills
