About the role
As a Support Worker (Relief), services you will work with the individuals we support closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role.
Day to day duties include:
- Ensuring health and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
- Providing personal care and emotional support.
- Medication administration.
- Participating in stimulating activities.
- Involving the individuals in a person-centred approach.

Skills and Experience Needed
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support is provided.

Pay and Pensions
- £13.45 per hour
- Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
- Social Care Wales registration is fully reimbursed

Time off and Flexibility
